Zero Tolerance Policy / Política de Tolerancia Cero
En Español: En esta agencia de viajes, NO promovemos ni permitimos la explotación sexual de niñas, niños y adolescentes (ESNNA), ni cualquier otro ilícito penal del cual tomemos conocimiento en el desarrollo de nuestra actividad, conforme a lo dispuesto en la Ley N° 29408.
In English: In this travel agency, WE DO NOT promote or permit the sexual exploitation of girls, children, and teenagers (ESNNA), nor any other crime of which we take knowledge in development of our activity, according to Law N° 29408.
Applicable Legal Regulations
Our operations comply fully with the protective regulatory guidelines mandated by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) and Peruvian legislation:
- Ley N° 29408: "Ley General de Turismo" and its master regulations approved by Decreto Supremo N° 003-2010-MINCETUR.
- Ley N° 30963: Legislation modifying the Peruvian Penal Code regarding severe sanctions and criminal consequences associated with child exploitation offenses.
- Ley N° 30802: Rules establishing mandatory identity requirements and verification procedures for minors entering hosting and tourism infrastructures.
Anonymous Reporting Channels
If you witness or suspect any instance of sexual exploitation involving minors under 18 years of age during your travel itinerary, do not hesitate to report it immediately. Reports can be filed entirely anonymously.
