The binding legal framework governing participation, financial liability, and safety protocols for Retreat Center Peru Mystic Travel.
Contracting Parties
This legally binding instrument is established between Nuñez Canal Elder, representing Retreat Center Peru Mystic Travel (RUC: 10419868791), domiciled at Ollantaytambo, Horno Calle S/N, Plaza de Armas, Cusco, Peru (hereinafter "The Center"), and the individual completing the registration process (hereinafter "The Participant").
Booking & Financial Policy
A Participant's placement is only secured upon confirmation of a deposit. All initial deposits are non-refundable and serve to initiate the logistical chain required for ancestral medicine work.
All retreat fees must be settled in full thirty (30) days prior to the retreat commencement date. Failure to remit the balance allows The Center to cancel the reservation without refund of previously paid deposits.
Cancellation & Forfeiture
Voluntary Exit: No partial refunds or travel credits are issued if a participant decides to leave the retreat early, skip a ceremony, or change their travel plans for any subjective reason.
Medical Duty of Disclosure
The Participant is legally bound to provide an exhaustive medical history. Omission of psychiatric history or medication use (specifically heart-related or antidepressants) constitutes a material breach of this contract.
The Center reserves the unilateral right to deny ceremony participation if the health state is deemed high-risk. No refund is granted for exclusions based on non-disclosed medical data.
Force Majeure
The Center shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by "Acts of God," including but not limited to: natural disasters, regional strikes in Cusco, flight cancellations, or civil unrest. In these instances, The Center will provide credit for future rescheduling but no monetary refunds.
Liability & Jurisdiction
Participation in Master Medicine retreats is voluntary and at the Participant's own risk. The Participant waives all rights to litigate against Nuñez Canal Elder or Retreat Center Peru Mystic Travel. Any legal conflict is subject exclusively to the courts of Cusco, Peru.
